"This is my new go to book in the kitchen. This book has given me a huge insight of the concept of ratios in everyday cooking. He has taken the basics and broken them down into their simplest forms to help us understand how they work, and given us the tools to be creative from there. The ratios are easy to follow with a just few basic tools (a scale is encouraged but not necessary). I would recommend this book to anyone with a love for cooking who has a streak of creativity."
