Love it But. . .

"Mark Bittman sold me from page one on the overall concept/philosphy but I am frustrated with the lack of care and attention to detail in the recipes. Case in point: Lemon Sorbet -- no amounts given for lemon juice needed. Popcorn in a bag? At what point does one add the oil? I grant you that oven temperatures vary, but 10 minutes at 450 in my oven burns the wonderful nuts in the Nuts and Fruit snack recipe. Sure wish I could find a way to get in touch with Mark!"
